Doctor was on holidays last week so I could only get in today. She was very pleased with our little B.
She weighs 23 pounds 10 ounces! My little heffer. 74 cm tall. She can now start on homo milk but the doc said to get rid of the bottle and have her drink through a cup. Oh and she said no more then 3 ounces of milk at her meals. Uh....she LOVES her milk...drinks at least 5 ounces. She also said to cut out the last bottle before bed. Give it to her when we're eating our supper around 6:30. B has a routine: bath, bottle, bed. The bottle is 7 ounces too by the way. I tried once to skip the bottle and she had no part of that! Needless to say, I'm NOT cutting out that bottle. I will cut it back....but not out. All the other kids have a snack before bed, I have no issue with that. B has her bottle at least 45 minutes before she goes to bed anyway. Maybe she doesn't really need it but she wants it!
She also got her shots today! Measles, mumps, ruebella and menningitis. No chicken pox vaccine. I don't think I'd get that anyway. I never got the H1N1 or the regular flu shot for B and I don't want the chicken pox vaccine. Anyways, G came too so he held her while the doc stuck her in both arms. MAN DID SHE CRY!! Her little tears just streaming down her face.....she was okay though by the time we got outside of the office.
So she's allowed to eat anything and everything. Eggs, milk, nuts etc. Wow....she's growing up!
