My weight is stagnet. Still holding at 150lbs, which is unacceptable. I have a supportive DH that will def watch the kids so I can workout, but I have been lazy. I am kicking my self in the a$$ and saying, MOVE!! haha.
Anyways, I did the Shred workout Level 1 by Jillian Michaels (The Biggest Loser) yesterday and OMG- there is not a muscle in my body that is NOT sore..OUCH!
And to top it off, I started my period today, lovely....first one since I stopped b'feeding. I am so bloated and swollen, it's ridiculous..I just took some Midol to help...hope it works.
