Nothing's set in stone yet but there is a name both DH and I keep coming back to and just about the only name we can agree on.  Lucky for me it's the number one on my list.  I know it's not for everyone but we both like it a lot, which is what really counts.  I like that it's a little different without being too trendy or crazy.  And I like that it has a cute nickname because it's kind of a big name for a little baby.

It's Delaney (Laney).

Now for middle names.  We are just starting the search on that and I don't expect it to be as long a process as the first name search.  So far I've found two middle names that I like and DH has one he likes.  Oh yeah our last name is two syllables.  Here's the working list in no particular order:
