What was it like? was it a true period? Or just more like spotting (ie. light)? Was it red blood or brown (old) blood-sorry TMI!

E wants me to test because i have a lot of symptoms but I got  a period last month, although it was lighter than normal and then af just came yesterday. MAJOR TMI ALERT: Except it's different. Like more mucous-y than normal, and mostly brown/rust colored and very light. Altho sometimes it's just like a clear muceous thing. I have had a little bright red blood tough. I have a gf who had a period for 6 months while she was pregnant, and I also knew an aquantance who got one for her entire pregnancy. So I know it's possible. But I feel like weird things like that never happen to me, so what are the odds it randomly would?

But i've been: nauseous (altho that's gone away)
I had a UTI 2 weeks ago...i've never had one in my life
I have to pee ALL THE TIME, and the UTI is gone
lots of gas
tired all the time
eating a lot more than usual. I feel like a pig
moody

I was on an antibiotic this past month but we did use backup(condoms). I'm currently on the Pill.

Idk. I think we're just reading into it too much. I need to run and drop a DVD off at a Redbox and I think i may get a hpt while i'm out. I don't want to waste the money though. Maybe i should just get a dollar store one lol. I think i'd just like to see a negative test to reassure myself that we're just being stupid.
